Our Mission

The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) sustains and delivers command, control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C5ISR) readiness for American Soldiers. CECOM is the Army's center of excellence for C5ISR capabilities, providing integrated solutions across the entire Army enterprise.

Our Vision

CECOM's vision is to provide the Army and Department of Defense with responsive, innovative, and integrated C5ISR solutions that enable decisive operations and maintain information dominance across all operational environments.

Organization

CECOM operates as part of the Army Materiel Command (AMC) and is headquartered at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The command manages multiple program executive offices, research and development centers, and logistics support facilities to ensure continuous delivery of world-class C5ISR capabilities to Soldiers and commanders worldwide.

As the enterprise manager for C5ISR, CECOM coordinates with various Army organizations, joint commands, industry partners, and allied nations to develop, acquire, field, and sustain critical defense capabilities that support the Army's strategic objectives.

The C5ISR Hall of Fame

The C5ISR Hall of Fame recognizes and honors outstanding individuals who have made significant and enduring contributions to the C5ISR community, the Army, and the Nation. The Hall of Fame celebrates the dedication, innovation, and leadership of military and civilian professionals who have shaped the evolution of communications-electronics capabilities.

Each year, the C5ISR Hall of Fame inducts exemplary leaders and technical experts who have demonstrated exceptional service, technical excellence, and commitment to the warfighter. These individuals have left lasting legacies that continue to influence C5ISR operations, strategy, and culture.
