Mr. Garrett Shoemaker
Executive Director
Mr. Shoemaker serves as the Executive Director of the United States Army Communication- Electronics Command (CECOM) Army Software & Innovation Center (ASIC). ASIC supports nearly 200 systems and programs in the modern digital environment, from Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) to logistics, business, and enterprise systems.
